Add sugar, cinnamon, and salt to the mashed plantains and mix well.

Take a small portion of the mixture and flatten it on your palm.

Place a piece of chocolate in the center and fold the mixture over it, shaping it into a ball.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan.

Fry the rellenitos de platano until they turn golden brown.
