Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

In a bowl, toss the sliced bell peppers, red onion, zucchini, and mushrooms with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.

Grill the vegetables until slightly charred and tender, about 5-7 minutes.

Remove the vegetables from the grill and set aside.

Grill the vegan sausages until heated through, about 5-7 minutes.

Remove the sausages from the grill and slice into bite-sized pieces.

Roll out the pizza dough into a circle or rectangle shape.

Brush the dough with olive oil and spread tomato sauce evenly.

Top the pizza with grilled vegetables, sliced vegan sausages, and vegan cheese.
