Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Cut the zucchini, yellow squash, red bell pepper, and red onion into thin slices.

In a bowl, combine the sliced vegetables, cherry tomatoes, olive oil, minced garlic, fresh basil, salt, and black pepper. Toss until well coated.

Tear off four large sheets of aluminum foil. Divide the vegetable mixture evenly among the foil sheets.

Fold the foil over the vegetables and seal the edges to create a packet.

Place the packets on the preheated grill and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.

Carefully remove the packets from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes.
