Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Brush the mushroom caps with the olive oil mixture.

Place the mushrooms on the grill, cap-side down, and cook for 4-5 minutes.

Flip the mushrooms and cook for another 4-5 minutes.

Remove the mushrooms from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes.

Toast the hamburger buns on the grill.

Spread mayonnaise and mustard on the bottom buns.

Place a mushroom cap on each bun, then top with lettuce, tomato, and red onion.
