Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Clean the portabella mushrooms and remove the stems.

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Brush the mushroom caps with the olive oil mixture.

Place the mushrooms on the grill, cap side down, and cook for 4-5 minutes.

Flip the mushrooms and continue grilling for another 4-5 minutes.

In a separate bowl, combine vegan mayonnaise, hot sauce, lemon juice, and fresh parsley to make the spicy aioli.
