Grilled Pesto Bread
Pesto sauce originated in Genoa, Italy and is traditionally made with fresh basil, pine nuts, garlic, Parmesan cheese, and olive oil.

Preheat the grill or grill pan.

Brush one side of each bread slice with olive oil.

Spread pesto sauce on the opposite side of the bread slices.

Season with salt and black pepper.

Place the bread slices on the grill, oiled side down.

Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until grill marks appear.

Flip the bread slices and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Remove from the grill and serve hot.
