  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Trim the ends of the broccolini and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the broccolini with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Tear four pieces of aluminum foil, around 12x12 inches each.
  5. Divide the broccolini mixture evenly among the foil pieces.
  6. Squeeze a lemon wedge over each packet.
  7. Fold the foil over the broccolini, sealing the edges to create a packet.
  8. Place the packets on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the broccolini is tender and slightly charred.
  9. Carefully remove the packets from the grill and let them rest for a minute.
  10. Open the packets, squeeze additional lemon juice if desired, and serve hot.
