  1. Press tofu to remove excess water and cut into cubes.
  2. Heat a large pan over medium heat and add the green curry paste. Cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add the tofu and cook until lightly browned on all sides.
  4. Pour in the coconut milk and vegetable broth. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Add the green beans, bell pepper, and bamboo shoots. Cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Stir in the Thai basil leaves, soy sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, and salt. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Serve hot with steamed rice.
