  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim the ends of the green beans and blanch them in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Divide the green beans into bundles of about 8-10 beans each. Wrap each bundle with a strip of bacon or prosciutto.
  5. Place the bundles on a baking sheet and brush them with the olive oil mixture.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the bacon/prosciutto is crispy.
  7. Let the bundles rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
