Green Bean Bundles
Green beans are also known as string beans or snap beans.
This is vegan, gluten free and low carb recipe. Dish can be prepared in 40 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 6.

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Trim the ends of the green beans and blanch them in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper.

Divide the green beans into bundles of about 8-10 beans each. Wrap each bundle with a strip of bacon or prosciutto.

Place the bundles on a baking sheet and brush them with the olive oil mixture.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the bacon/prosciutto is crispy.

Let the bundles rest for 5 minutes before serving.
