In a large bowl, combine oats, almonds, cashews, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, cinnamon, and dried cranberries.

In a small saucepan, melt coconut oil over low heat. Stir in honey and vanilla extract until well combined.

Pour the liquid mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well to ensure everything is coated.
