  2. In a large bowl, combine oats, almonds, cashews, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds.
  3. In a small saucepan, heat honey, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and cinnamon over low heat until melted.
  4. Pour the honey mixture over the oat mixture and stir until well coated.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
  8. Once cooled, stir in dried cranberries.
  9. Store in an airtight container.
  10. Serve with yogurt or milk for breakfast.
