Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almonds, cashews, pecans, coconut flakes, and chia seeds.

In a separate small bowl, mix together the maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla extract.

Pour the syrup mixture over the dry ingredients and toss until well coated.

Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.

Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.

Once cooled, mix in the dried cranberries.

Store in an airtight container.
