  2. In a large bowl, combine the mashed bananas, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  3. Add the oats, cinnamon, salt, dried fruits, nuts, and dark chocolate chips to the bowl. Mix until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the mixture onto the baking sheet and flatten it slightly to form a cookie shape. Repeat with the remaining mixture, leaving some space between each cookie.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
