Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Drain and rinse the garbanzo beans.

In a bowl, combine the garbanzo beans, olive oil, ground cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the beans are well coated.

Spread the seasoned garbanzo beans evenly on a baking sheet.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden and crispy.

Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.

Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
