In a mixing bowl, combine desiccated coconut, condensed milk, vanilla extract, butter, and cornstarch.

Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into small drops.

Place the drops on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let them cool for 30 minutes.
