  2. In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon.
  3. Add the mashed bananas to the dry ingredients and mix well to form a thick batter.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan or fryer.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove the fried beignets from the oil and drain on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
