In a large bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, pumpkin puree, honey, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and almond milk until well combined.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
