In a mixing bowl, combine the soy flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, applesauce, honey, and vanilla extract.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

Fold in the dark chocolate chips and chopped walnuts.
