In a mixing bowl, combine the yeast, sugar, and warm water. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.

In a separate bowl, mix the gluten-free flour and salt.

Add the yeast mixture and olive oil to the flour mixture. Mix well until a dough forms.

Knead the dough for 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover it with a clean cloth. Let it rest for 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Roll out the dough on a gluten-free floured surface to your desired thickness.

Transfer the rolled-out dough onto a baking sheet or pizza stone.

Add your favorite toppings and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
