In a large mixing bowl, combine the cornmeal, gluten-free flour blend, baking powder, salt, and sugar.

Prepare the egg replacer according to package instructions and add it to the dry ingredients mixture.

Add almond milk and vegetable oil to the bowl and stir until well combined.

Grease a baking dish or cast-iron skillet with oil and pour in the batter.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
