In a large bowl, whisk together chickpea flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, mix together coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and almond milk.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until well combined.
