Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Mash the ripe bananas in a large bowl.

Add the oats, almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the bowl. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.

Fold in the dark chocolate chips.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
