Gluten-Free Banana Bread
Banana bread became popular during the Great Depression as a way to use up overripe bananas.
This is vegan and gluten free recipe. Dish can be prepared in 85 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 12.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.

In a large bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth.

Add the gluten-free flour blend, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and almond milk to the bowl. Stir until well combined.

Fold in the chopped walnuts.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes.

Transfer the bread to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing and serving.
