  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almonds, cashews, pumpkin seeds, flaxseeds, chia seeds, ground ginger, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt coconut oil over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in maple syrup and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the liquid mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
