Rinse the quinoa under cold water.

In a saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for a minute.

Add quinoa to the saucepan and stir for a minute.

Pour vegetable broth into the saucepan and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes until the quinoa is cooked and the liquid is absorbed.

Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Fluff the quinoa with a fork and season with salt and black pepper.
