Fudgsicles were first invented in 1946 by a man named Frank Epperson, who accidentally left a mixture of powdered chocolate, sugar, and water outside overnight with a stirring stick in it. The next morning, he discovered the frozen treat we now know as fudgsicles!
This is vegan and gluten free recipe. Dish can be prepared in 250 minutes. Even a beginner can handle preparing this dish. Number of ingredients: 8.

In a saucepan, whisk together cocoa powder, sugar, cornstarch, and salt.

Gradually whisk in milk until smooth.

Place saucepan over medium heat and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and comes to a boil.

Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted.

Stir in vanilla extract and coconut milk.

Pour mixture into popsicle molds.

Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.

Remove fudgsicles from molds and enjoy!
