  3. Slice the cherry tomatoes in half.
  4. Peel and dice the cucumber.
  5. Thinly slice the red onion.
  6. In a large frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  7. Add the sliced red onion and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
