  1. Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water for 1 minute, then transfer them to an ice bath. Peel off the skins and remove the seeds.
  2. Finely chop the tomatoes, chili peppers, garlic, and onion.
  3. Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until golden brown.
  4. Add the chopped tomatoes and chili peppers to the saucepan. Stir in sugar, salt, black pepper, and white vinegar.
  5. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Remove from heat and let the sauce cool.
  7. Transfer the sauce to a blender or use an immersion blender to blend until smooth.
  8. Pour the sauce into sterilized jars and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
