Add the olive oil, fresh rosemary, and water. Mix well until a dough forms.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes, until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean cloth, and let it rise for 1-2 hours, until doubled in size.

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf. Place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
