Trim the ends of the fresh green beans and wash them.

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.

Add the green beans to the boiling water and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.

Drain the green beans and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
