  1. In a food processor, blend the dates until they form a sticky paste.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Add the date paste to the mixing bowl and mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  4. Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
  5. Form the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Flatten each ball with a fork to create a cookie shape.
  7. Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let the cookies set for at least 30 minutes.
  8. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  9. Transfer the frozen cookies to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  10. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  11. Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.
  12. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
