  2. Add tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  4. Using an immersion blender, blend the soup until smooth.
  5. Stir in coconut milk, lime juice, cilantro, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  6. Simmer for another 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
  7. Let the soup rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  8. Garnish with additional cilantro if desired.
