Shred the cabbage, grate the carrots, and thinly slice the red onion.

In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots, and red onion.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.
