  1. In a pan, heat water and jaggery until it melts. Strain the mixture to remove impurities.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix rice flour and cardamom powder.
  3. Slowly add the jaggery water to the rice flour mixture and knead it into a smooth dough.
  4. Heat oil in a deep pan for frying.
  5. Take small portions of the dough and shape them into small balls or any desired shape.
  6. Deep fry the dough balls until they turn golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from oil and let them rest on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
  8. Serve the festival hot or at room temperature.
