Slowly add the jaggery water to the rice flour mixture and knead it into a smooth dough.

Take small portions of the dough and shape them into small balls or any desired shape.

Deep fry the dough balls until they turn golden brown and crispy.

Remove from oil and let them rest on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
