Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Wash and peel the sweet potatoes. Cut them into wedges.

In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato wedges with olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

Spread the seasoned sweet potato wedges on a baking sheet.

Place the fresh rosemary sprigs on top of the sweet potatoes.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the sweet potatoes are tender and golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let them rest for 10 minutes.
