Wash the molokheya leaves thoroughly and remove any tough stems.

In a large pot, bring the vegetable broth to a boil.

Add the molokheya leaves to the boiling broth and simmer for 30 minutes.

Add the sautéed garlic to the pot of molokheya and broth.
