In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, yeast, and salt.

Add the honey and warm water to the bowl and mix until a sticky dough forms.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes, until it becomes smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf.

Place the loaf on a greased baking sheet and let it rise for another 30 minutes.

Bake the bread in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown.
