  2. Add chopped parsley to the dry mixture and mix well.
  3. Gradually add water to the mixture while stirring until a thick batter consistency is achieved.
  4. Cover the bowl and let the mixture rest for 30 minutes.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  6. Scoop spoonfuls of the falafel mixture and shape them into small patties.
  7. Fry the falafel patties in the hot oil until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
  8. Remove the falafel from the pan and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
  9. Serve the falafel hot with tahini sauce or in pita bread with your favorite toppings.
