Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until onion becomes translucent.

Crumble the tofu into the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add spinach, nutritional yeast, turmeric, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Toast the English muffins.

Place the tofu mixture on top of each toasted muffin half.

Top with avocado slices, cherry tomato halves, and fresh basil leaves.
