  3. Add curry powder and turmeric powder. Stir well to coat the onions.
  4. Add chopped vegetables (carrot, potato, cauliflower, and green beans). Stir and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Pour in coconut milk and season with salt. Stir to combine.
