Press tofu to remove excess water. Cut into cubes.

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Sauté until softened.

Add tofu, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.

Add canned diced tomatoes, kidney beans, and corn. Stir well.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

Remove from heat and let rest for 10 minutes.
