In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, ginger paste, garlic paste, tandoori masala, paprika, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, and red food coloring (optional).

Add boneless chicken pieces to the marinade and coat them well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, or refrigerate overnight for better flavor.
