Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir to coat the vegetables.

Add the canned kidney beans, black beans, diced tomatoes (with their juice), and corn kernels. Stir well.
