Press tofu to remove excess water.

Cut tofu into desired shapes - chunks or slices.

In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Marinate tofu in the mixture for 10 minutes.

Preheat grill to medium heat.

Grill tofu for 5 minutes on each side.
