  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the red bell peppers on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, until the skins are charred.
  3. Remove the peppers from the oven and let them cool. Once cool, peel off the charred skins and remove the seeds.
  4. In a food processor, combine the roasted red peppers, walnuts, breadcrumbs, garlic cloves, pomegranate molasses, ground cumin, ground paprika, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and red pepper flakes. Blend until smooth.
  5. Transfer the muhammara to a serving bowl and let it rest for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  6. Serve with pita bread or vegetables for dipping.
