  1. Drain and press the tofu to remove excess moisture.
  2. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
  3. Cut the tofu into 4 equal-sized patties and place them in the marinade. Let them marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the marinated tofu patties. Cook for about 5 minutes on each side, until browned and crispy.
  5. Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet.
  6. Place a tofu patty on each tortilla and top with lettuce, tomato, red onion, pickles, and ketchup.
  7. Fold the tortilla over the filling to create a wrap.
  8. Serve the wrapped tofu burgers with additional ketchup on the side.
