Cut the pumpkin into small chunks.

Boil the pumpkin with water until soft.

Drain the water and mash the pumpkin.

In a pot, add agar-agar, soy sauce, honey, and salt to water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 2 minutes.

Add mashed pumpkin and tofu to the pot. Mix well.

Pour the mixture into a mold.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until set.

Serve chilled.
