  2. Wash and finely chop the spinach, kale, onion, garlic, and fresh herbs.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until translucent.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, kale, sautéed onion and garlic, breadcrumbs, fresh herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  5. Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the balls are golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
