Delicious Herbed Spinach and Kale Balls
Spinach and kale are both nutrient-dense leafy greens that are rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Wash and finely chop the spinach, kale, onion, garlic, and fresh herbs.

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until translucent.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, kale, sautéed onion and garlic, breadcrumbs, fresh herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the balls are golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
