Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a food processor, combine the dates, honey, walnuts, almond flour, gluten-free flour, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla extract, coconut oil, and plant-based milk.

Process until well combined and smooth.

Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.

Bake for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.

Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Slice and serve.
