Dates are one of the oldest cultivated fruits and have been a staple food in the Middle East for thousands of years.

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a food processor, combine the dates, honey, walnuts, almond flour, gluten-free flour, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla extract, coconut oil, and plant-based milk.
  3. Process until well combined and smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  7. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  8. Slice and serve.
