  1. In a food processor, blend the rolled oats until they form a coarse flour-like consistency.
  2. Add the pitted dates, almond butter, honey or maple syrup, muesli, chopped nuts, dried fruits, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until well combined.
  3. Line a square baking dish with parchment paper. Transfer the mixture into the dish and press it down firmly and evenly.
  4. Place the dish in the refrigerator and let it rest for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  5. Once firm, remove from the refrigerator and cut into slices or bars.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
